Illustrated staff onboarding handbook

Introduction

Thanks for sending over the brand guidelines. This proposal covers the illustrated onboarding handbook for new Kestrel staff — a print run plus a digital version.

Scope of Work

Twenty-four pages covering the six sections you listed, with an original illustration opening each section and small spot illustrations through the body copy. Layout and typesetting included; you supply the final copy.

Deliverables

• 24-page handbook, print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
• Screen-optimised PDF for the intranet
• Six section illustrations and roughly twelve spot illustrations, delivered as layered source files
• One round of revisions per stage
